  Worst service ever! Took the day off work and waited in all day only to get a phone call to say they couldn't fit me in. Complained bitterly and eventually got the surround fitted late afternoon. Had to take another day off work for the plumber to fit the fire. Then noticed the fret was the wrong one. I was told to take it back later that week only to find they didn't have my fret and had to go back following week. Still didn't have it. Went back week later, eventually got the right fret. Complained about the poor fitting, said they would call me back. No one called me back. Went into shop again following week. Said they would arrange a call out. Heard nothing. Rang again following week. Said they would call me back. No one called me back. Rang again and complained again. Said they would call me back. No one called me back again. Rang again and eventually they sent out the same fitter I complained about. Very awkward appointment. Fitter said all he could do was put in more filler as he couldn't fix it and surround would have to be removed. I didn't want more filler, I wanted it fitted properly and would arrange with shop for plumber to come out. Heard nothing. Rang again to find out when and yet again was promised a call. No one called. I have been completely fobbed off and still have a poorly fitted fire surround with gaps, stains and chips. I certainly would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.
